Pricing

All prices in Australian dollars.

The vehicle's hourly rate multiplied by the hours you book. The minimum booking is 2 hours, and you can book up to 12 hours online — for longer, please contact us.

The chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, so multiple stops, waiting while you attend meetings and changes of plan are all covered. A destination is optional.

Point-to-point trips, including airport transfers, are priced on the driving distance:

• The vehicle's base fare (see the table above), plus
• $2 per km for the first 50 km, and
• $2.50 per km after 50 km.

Short trips: where a vehicle shows a flat short-trip fare, any trip under 15 km is charged that flat amount instead.

Airport transfers use the same distance pricing, so the fare depends on where you are travelling to or from — there is no separate airport fee. Return trips are priced as two legs, each with its own base fare. Extra stops add the distance between them.

Because every wedding and event is different, we send a written quote after you submit the booking form. The quote is valid for 7 days, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

• Complimentary waiting time (see below)
• Flight tracking on airport pickups

• Child seats: $5 per baby or booster seat, added when you select them.
• Waiting time: airport pickups include 45 minutes free after a domestic landing and 60 minutes after an international one; all other pickups include 15 minutes. After that, waiting is charged in 10-minute blocks at the standard rate.
• Late night: a 25% surcharge applies to trips starting between 12:00 am and 4:59 am.
• Public holidays: trips on days such as Christmas Day and New Year's Day may carry a surcharge — we will tell you before confirming.
